MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

1.     EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

a.    Educational background

·      Engineering degree preferably (Electrical and Electronics discipline).

·      Extensive background in Operations and Engineering maintenance of at least 2 years in a busy process, manufacturing or oil industry. (Oil & Gas experience will be an added advantage).

b.    Skills and Competences

·      Effective interpersonal and communication skills for seamless collaboration within the team and with stakeholders. Working knowledge of English required.

·      Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices in a hazardous environment.

·      Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and solve maintenance technical problems related to equipment and have a proactive approach towards maintenance and reduction of downtime.

·      Demonstrated physical fitness to perform duties in a demanding operational environment efficiently.

·      Strong observational and analytical abilities to identify and address potential issues proactively.

·      Aptitude for teamwork, contributing to a positive and productive work culture while achieving collective goals.
