Role Overview Summary
The consultants will join a pool of M&E experts that can be drawn at surge times to respond to Monitoring and evaluation needs that include baseline evaluation, endline evaluation, and MEL. Once deployed the consultants will be responsible to conduct all the components required as per the specific brief from the different projects.
Ideal Applicant Summary
The ideal candidate for this role of Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant must have an excellent track record of conducting baseline survey, project management, and monitoring and evaluation system. They should have a Strong experience in people-centered and rights-based programming at policy, strategy as well as implementation level. Excellent analytical, facilitation, communication and report writing skills are critical for this role. S/he should also be knowledgeable on the technical aspect of education, livelihoods, and/or health.
