    Recruitment Management

    Lead the full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level positions, including job requirement analysis, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up.

    Utilize and manage diverse recruitment channels (social media platforms, headhunting agencies, campus recruitment, internal referrals, job boards) and maintain a strong talent network.

    Develop and optimize recruitment processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and quality.

    Manage the recruitment team, assign tasks, track progress, and ensure team objectives are met.

    Analyze recruitment data and provide regular reports to support strategic decision-making.

    Employee Relations Management

    Handle employee relations matters in the plant, including labor contract management, employee complaints and disputes, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

    Assist in developing and maintaining employee handbooks and internal HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

    Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring proper documentation and process compliance.

    Team Leadership

    Lead and coach the recruitment team, providing training and performance management to improve team capability.

    Coordinate recruitment needs across departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

    Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management or related field.

    Minimum 3 years of HR management experience, preferably as an HR Head or Recruitment Manager in a manufacturing plant with over 800 employees.

    Proven experience in mid-to-senior level talent recruitment, capable of managing the full recruitment process independently.

    Strong familiarity with multiple recruitment channels and an established talent network.

    Experience in managing a recruitment team and achieving recruitment targets.

    Solid knowledge of labor laws and experience handling employee relations in a manufacturing environment.

    Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; ability to work efficiently under pressure.
