Information Technology Expert

Join our team as an IT expert in Lusaka, Zambia

You have:

· A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

· Professional Certificates (e.g., ITIL, ISO 9001, Microsoft, Cisco, Cybersecurity, VMware)

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT technical service delivery, with at least 2 years in supervisory role.

· Strong understanding of pre-sales solution design, service delivery frameworks, and post-sales technical support.

· Experience interfacing with OEMs, vendors, and technical partners.

· Familiarity with ISO standards and service management best practices.

· Proficiency in CRM and ticketing systems, with strong reporting and documentation skills.

· Effective leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
