Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Marketing Manager to join our team on a commission-based arrangement. This is a mobile/field-based role suited for someone who thrives on client interaction, targets, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to attract and retain clients.
- Promote the company’s logistics and freight services across different sectors and regions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and report progress to management.
- Represent the company in meetings, field visits, and networking events.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing or sales (logistics industry experience is an added advantage).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transport for field mobility.
Remuneration:
This is a commission-only position with an attractive 40% commission on all successfully closed deals. Earnings are performance-driven and uncapped.
