The Position
We are looking to reinforce our Talent pool with a Junior Management Accountant, reporting to the Country Controller, that will be responsible for:
- Preparation of periodic KPIs for the different functional areas
- Supporting the decision-making process through ad hoc analysis
- Preparing the monthly forecast and analyzing the differences with actuals
- Coordinating the different functional areas during the planning/forecasting process

The Ideal Candidate

- You have Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance. An accounting qualification, (either obtained or in advanced progress) is a plus.
- You have at least 2 years experience in any of the following field: Controlling/Management Accounting/ Financial Planning & Analysis, and you want to bring your technical skills to the next level embracing a ‘hands on the job’ learning and development path.
- You are passionate about business analysis and able to communicate insights that challenge the status quo;
- You have a positive teamworking attitude, and you have started building your professional credibility through in depth comprehension of operational processes;
- You are able to work under pressure and able to organize your activity in order to meet stringent deadlines
