JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for the management of the drawing out and distribution of office items, and daily update of the Office Items Stock out Record
- Responsible for the management of stock in and stock out of logistic items
- Responsible for forming procurement record through digitizing all procurement information; Responsible for the daily updates of the procurement record
- Track all OAs in Finance Dep
- Record all expenses in Excel
- Control the cost
- Detect abnormal cost according to reimburse standard
- Record keeping of all receipts
- In charge of all transactions with Admin suppliers
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree (Related Field)
- Grade 12 certificate
- One year Experience In admin work and busy Environment
- 25-30 years Of Age
