Compensation & Benefits Officer

  • Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy
  • Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture
  • Create and analyse job descriptions evaluations and classifications
  • Conduct salary and labour market research to define benchmarks
  • Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the filed
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
  • Conduct periodic audits, prepare, and present reports
  • Maintains knowledge of economic conditions, labour market, and other factors related to
  • ensuring the organization provides competitive and reasonable benefits and compensation scales and structures.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, developments, and best practices in compensation and benefits administration.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Previous working experience as a compensation and benefits Officer for 5 years
  • Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices
  • Good understanding of full cycle hiring process
  • Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations
  • Hands on experience with HR software, DOVE, SAGE
  • Hands on experience with quantitative and qualitative research
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and compensation.
  • BA in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field

Qualification

  • The ideal candidate must have a Degree in BA or Accounting Related Course
  • 5+ years of experience in managing purchasing & supply functions
  • Experience of having implemented compensation & benefits processes in large FMCG company will be preferred
