HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST
REPORTING TO: GENERAL MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
- Implement human resource policieS, procedures, and practices.
- Ensure that a cordial Industrial relations atmosphere prevails in the workplace.
- Maintaining Human Resource records and a comprehensive database to facilitate and effect administration of the company.
- Coordinate and handle disciplinary cases and grievances.
- Ensure provision of materials, health and welfare facilities in accordance with the Conditions of Service.
- Carry out recruitment and selectee] exercise.
- Perform any other duties lawfulfy assigned by the supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Full Grade 12 School Certificate
- Bachelor of Science with Education or Bachelor of Art in Human Resource Management
- Master of Science In Human Resources Management will be an added advantage
- Registered member of Zambia Institution of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).
- Minimum Ten (10) years’ work experience at Senior Management Level
- Experienced and with a track record in Corporate strategic formulation
- Having worked in the energy sector will be an added advantage.
- Sober minded and setf-driven
- Minimum age 35 years
TENURE OF EMPLOYMENT
- An initial contract of three (3) years fixed term contract
