Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment of employees
- Monitor and record company expenses, reimbursements, and petty cash
- Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory reports
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures
- Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors
- Generate financial reports and analyses for management decision-making
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and systems
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
- Stay current with accounting software and technologies
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications
ZICA or bachelor’s in accounting
Minimum 3 Years relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with accounting software
Familiar with financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
