Role: Associate Director/Senior Manager
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Unit: International Development Advisory Services (IDAS)
Contract: Permanent
Reports to: Partner, IDAS Head – Zambia
What You’ll Do
• Lead business development and strategic partnerships
• Manage complex donor-funded programmes
• Engage senior stakeholders and ensure compliance
• Provide technical leadership and grow our Zambia practice
What You Bring
• Master’s degree + 5-10 years in donor programme management
• Proven success in proposal development
• Strong client relationship skills
• Sector experience in areas like Agribusiness, Health, Climate, or Finance is a plus
