Job Title: Business Consultant/Trainer
Location: Lusaka
Reports To: Managing Director
Job Summary:
This hybrid role requires a business-savvy professional who can provide consultancy services across departments and also deliver training that aligns with strategic goals and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze departmental performance and recommend process improvements
Design and deliver training programs across safety, compliance, and operations
Work with internal stakeholders to support change management initiatives
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in consulting or corporate training, preferably in petroleum or industrial sectors
Excellent facilitation and communication skills
Certification in training, coaching, or project management is a plus
