Vacancy: Business Development Manager X1
On behalf of our partner, LONGI Group, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team! As Business Development Manager, you will lead a team of professionals to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in Zambia, Mid and South Africa Region.

Qualifications and Experience
This role will require motivation, flexibility, patience, and a business-minded attitude. Successful candidates will balance their proven business skills and results-driven approach with creativity, savvy, and humility. The Business Development Manager should have an entrepreneurial spirit as well as passionate interest in solar energy solutions. Candidates are expected to have the following qualifications:
More than 2-years’ experience in direct sales and sales management.
2 years’ experience in Renewable Energy Industry or Oil & Gas Energy Industry.
Experience in business development, account management and cross-selling.
A clear grasp of contract negotiations, risk management, and commercial and legal terms.
Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a professional, “can-do” attitude.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree or above; technical/engineering background is a plus.
Fluency in Chinese and English oral and written.
