Zenotech Computers♦ is seeking an experienced and motivated IT Engineer to provide hands-on support for server equipment installation and basic configurations in Kitwe, Zambia. If you’re passionate about IT and enjoy hands-on problem-solving, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Location:

Kitwe, Zambia

Job Responsibilities:

Racking, in-rack cabling, and cable patching of devices

Removal, installation, and configuration of field replaceable units (FRUs)

Testing media for continuity and proper signaling

Providing visual verification to assist in remote troubleshooting

Offering onsite/offsite technical assistance and troubleshooting as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience in server equipment support

Ability to assist with basic server configurations

Proficient in both English and the local language(s)

Ability to work in a 24×7 support environment

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Duration of the Project: 1 Year

Support Type: 24×7, rotating shifts
