FMC Finance Zambia Limited, a leading Non-Bank Micro Finance Company in Zambia, seeks an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to join its executive team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and seasoned Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, driving business growth, and ensuring the company’s financial health and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

– Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

– Provide strategic financial guidance and leadership to the executive team.

– Oversee all financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

– Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.

– Foster relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.

– Lead and manage the finance team.

Requirements

– Professional qualification as an Associate or Fellow of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) preferably with a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

– Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role.

– Proven track record of driving business growth, fund raising and improving financial performance.

– Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.

– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Familiar with banking software and operating skills.
