In Kawambwa, the company is developing a 1100Ha Avocado plantation, one of the largest in the world. Nava is now setting up a green-field integrated sugar project that promises innovation and growth. Plantation spanning over 5000Ha, this project includes a state-of-the-art sugar plant, co-gen of power, production of ENA.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 25 years
Key Skills: Candidate should have
- Exposure in Project Management in the Sugar Industry.
- Strong management skills in planning, execution, budgeting, timeline management, resource allocation, risk mitigation and team leadership.
- Expertise in Sugar Milling technology, Sugar production, supply chain and sustainability.
- Knowledge in Distillery Operations and Biomass Power Generation.
- Knowledge in planning and execution of civil works.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
