Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
- Implement, maintain, and optimize ERP systems to support business operations.
- Develop and manage SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Support and troubleshoot software and hardware issues across the company.
- Develop and maintain custom applications and scripts to improve workflow efficiency.
- Ensure IT security policies are up to date and implemented effectively.
- Manage IT projects, including upgrades, system integrations, and process automation.
- Provide training and technical support to employees.
- Work with vendors and service providers to procure IT solutions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Sage ERP experience is a plus)
- Expertise in SQL database management and queries.
- Proficiency in coding (e.g., Python, Java, or similar languages)
- Hands-on experience with server management and IT infrastructure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
