Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings, managing all stages of litigation.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare detailed case strategies, briefs, and memoranda.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Provide clients with expert advice on legal rights and strategies while managing expectations.
• Negotiate settlements to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure comprehensive case preparation.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations relevant to our practice areas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) and admission to the bar.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a litigation lawyer, with a proven track record of success.
• Expertise in handling cases in [specific areas of law, e.g., commercial, civil, criminal, etc.].
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong advocacy abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases in a deadline-driven environment.
