Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Operations: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as other building facilities and equipment.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist in preparing and managing the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and minimizing expenses.
- Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that maintenance work meets the required standards.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, as well as maintaining a safe working environment for staff and occupants.
- Communication: Liaise with stakeholders, including tenants, and property managers, to address maintenance-related concerns and issues.
- Engineering and Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the maintenance team, applying engineering principles and best practices to resolve complex maintenance issues.
- Asset Management: Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize the lifespan and performance of building assets and equipment.
- Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure prompt and effective response to unexpected maintenance issues or emergencies.
