Role Description
Medalift Construction Company Limited, a fast-growing Zambian-based construction and supply company, is seeking dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our team in the following positions:
1. Sales Executives (x2)
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and reports.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a sales-related role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
2. Administrative Assistant (x1)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Support management and staff with administrative duties.
Schedule meetings and appointments.
Maintain organized and efficient office operations.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
3. Logistics Officer (x1)
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
Maintain updated records of logistics and inventory.
Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse staff.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in logistics or dispatch coordination.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
