1. Pest Control Coordinator
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manages a comprehensive pest control program, ensuring compliance, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate technicians and ensure the smooth running of the office
- Invoicing all pest control invoices
- Conduct regular inspections in the field with clients
- Any other duty assigned to you.
Qualifications:
- Must be a qualified public health or environmental health profession
- Hands on experience in pest control and environmental health.
- Strong Skills in technical and administrative expertise in pest control
- Strong organizational skills and communication
- Must understand pest biology, control methods and safety regulations
- Possess excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Must be detail oriented and able to work independently
- Must be able to work under pressure & multitask
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Able to coordinate teams
- Able to conduct inspections and field visits.
- Experience in sales coordination and tender management.
- Proficiency in invoicing and sales reporting.
