Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and source quality products from reliable suppliers
• Prepare and submit professional and compliant tender documents
• Develop and manage supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective procurement
• Conduct market research and analysis to optimize sourcing strategies
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors
• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and company policies
• Monitor and manage procurement budgets and cost-saving initiatives
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet business needs and deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sourcing products and preparing tender documents
• Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and tendering processes
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skill
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office software
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CPSP) is an added advantage
