We’re Hiring – Projects & Business Development Manager
Varyon Strategic Solutions Limited (Lusaka) is looking for a dynamic Projects & Business Development Manager to lead project delivery and drive growth across our consulting, training, systems & technology, and compliance services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project planning, budgeting, risk management & delivery
Build pipeline, write winning proposals, and manage partnerships
Oversee MEL (KPIs, reporting, data quality, Theory of Change)
Manage client relationships & ensure contract compliance
Generate reports & meet quarterly revenue targets
Qualifications
Degree in Business Admin, Economics, Development Studies, Project Management, or related (Master’s an added advantage)
5+ years’ project & business development experience
Strong track record with proposals/grants (RFPs, EOIs, budgets)
Knowledge of MEL frameworks and financial management
Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills
Proficient in MS Office/Excel (CRM/Power BI is a plus)
