Position Overview:
Sales and Operations Manager is responsible for the Sales and Operations department. This role is involved in driving the business growth of the company through the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies which will drive the sales of promotional branding materials, including various apparel, gifts, and promotional items. The Sales and Operations Manager will lead a team of Sales Specialists, Procurement Officer and Machine Operators to achieve sales targets ensuring the successful production and distribution of these products to clients and partners.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the corporate branding strategic business unit, including setting targets, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships.
- Oversee the overall operations of the department, including sales processes, inventory management, order fulfilment, quality control, and logistics, to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Act as main point of contact for clients seeking corporate branding solutions, providing bespoke service, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and providing customised solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
- Monitor sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), analysing data and trends to identify areas of improvement and optimisations.
- Develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities to showcase corporate branding capabilities, leveraging various channels such as digital marketing, social media, and events to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Supervise the production team responsible for operating branding machine, ensuring proper maintenance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all branding products, maintaining high standards of attention to detail.
- Coordinate office equipment maintenance to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with the team and suppliers to develop a range of corporate branding materials, and product offerings that meet client needs and align with brand objectives.
- Supervise and mentor a team of sales specialists and machine operators providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage departmental budgets effectively, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities to maximise profitability.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, advertising, marketing, or a related field (master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets in a competitive market or related industry.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Hold a valid manual driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
