    SALES & MARKETING MANAGER – AGRIBUSINESS (FEED INDUSTRY)

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the integrated sales and marketing strategy for DuCorp’s animal feed portfolio, aligning with overall business objectives.

    • Market Penetration & Growth: Drive volume and revenue growth by identifying and capturing new opportunities within key segments (poultry, dairy, beef, aquaculture).

    • Team Management: Lead, coach, and motivate a field sales team to exceed sales targets. Foster a high-performance culture focused on farmer support and solution-based selling.

    • Distribution Channel Management: Strengthen and expand our distributor and dealer network to ensure optimal market coverage and product availability.

    • Key Account Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with large-scale farms, cooperatives, and corporate clients in the livestock sector.

    • Technical Marketing: Collaborate with technical teams to effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our feed products and develop targeted promotional campaigns.

    • Market Intelligence: Conduct continuous analysis of competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to inform strategy and maintain a competitive advantage.

    • Performance Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), provide accurate sales forecasts, and report on market insights to senior management.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agribusiness, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.

    • Minimum of 5 years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 3 years specifically in the animal feed industry.

    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market share growth in a competitive feed market.

    • Strong technical knowledge of animal nutrition, feed formulations, and livestock production systems is essential.

    • Demonstrated experience in managing a sales team and developing distributor networks.

    • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with farmers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.

    • Proficiency in using CRM systems and analyzing sales data.

    • Must hold a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel extensively.
