About the Role

As a Shift Supervisor, you will oversee daily production operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and adherence to company standards. You will lead production teams, coordinate workflow, and ensure targets are met while maintaining a safe and productive working environment. Your leadership will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence and delivering high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production staff during assigned shifts

• Ensure daily production targets and quality standards are achieved

• Monitor workflow and address operational challenges promptly

• Maintain health, safety, and compliance standards

• Prepare shift reports and communicate performance updates to management

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within operations

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Production, Engineering, or related field

• Experience in production, processing, or manufacturing environments

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Good problem-solving and organizational abilities

• Ability to work shifts and in fast-paced operational settings
