About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Specialist, Facility Management to join our Occupational Health team. This role is dedicated to improving the efficiency, quality, and consistency of service delivery during medical assessments. The successful candidate will play a key role in reducing employee waiting times, improving patient flow, strengthening customer experience, and ensuring that clinical facilities are consistently ready for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee patient flow and daily clinic workflow to reduce delays and prevent bottlenecks
- Coordinate real-time communication with patients during busy periods and waiting-time changes
- Ensure rooms, equipment, and stock are consistently ready for service across all shifts
- Lead customer experience improvements within the clinic environment
- Standardise and strengthen administrative processes and clinical workflow steps
- Support data accuracy, documentation, and turnaround-time tracking
- Drive workflow optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with the Occupational Health Coordinator on quality assurance, audits, and operational improvements
This role directly addresses key service gaps, including:
- Improving waiting times and service bottlenecks
- Creating consistent workflow processes between sites and shifts
- Limited communication with employees during delays
- Facility readiness issues that slow down operations

Qualifications & Experience
- Qualifications in Health Administration, Health Auditing, Public Health, Customer service, Health Systems Management, or related field
- Additional qualifications in lean healthcare, project management, operations management or Quality Assurance Management in Healthcare are desirable
- Experience in facility management, healthcare operations, quality assurance, or facility coordination are beneficial
- A minimum of 3 to 5 Years experience in a similar role.
