Lechwe Education Trust is an independent, co-educational, and multi-racial school offering an international curriculum. The School has the following vacancies for April 2026:
Teacher of Secondary Music (re-advertised)
Teacher of English / English Literature
Teacher of Art & Design
(1) Teacher of Secondary Music
Applicants must:
Have ability to teach the CI IGCSE and ABRSM syllabi.
Possess the ability to teach an array of musical instruments such as piano, flute, violin, etc.
Have experience in providing, supporting and/or directing musical and drama productions.
(2) Teacher of English / English Literature
Applicants must:
Possess a minimum of three (3) years’ teaching experience following the Cambridge International curriculum, i.e. CI IGCSE and A-Level syllabi.
Possess interest in organising Public Speaking, Debates and Drama productions.
(3) Teacher of Art & Design
Applicants must:
Possess at least 3 years’ experience of teaching experience at CI IGCSE and A-Level.
Possess experience in a multi-cultural school or a school following an international curriculum.
General Requirements
Applicants for positions (2) and (3) must have a minimum Bachelor’s degree in their field.
Applicants for all three positions must be registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia with current TCZ Practicing Certificate, and willing to participate in the ECA programme.
