    EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

    Lechwe Education Trust is an independent, co-educational, and multi-racial school offering an international curriculum. The School has the following vacancies for April 2026:

    1. Teacher of Secondary Music (re-advertised)

    2. Teacher of English / English Literature

    3. Teacher of Art & Design

    (1) Teacher of Secondary Music

    Applicants must:

    • Have ability to teach the CI IGCSE and ABRSM syllabi.

    • Possess the ability to teach an array of musical instruments such as piano, flute, violin, etc.

    • Have experience in providing, supporting and/or directing musical and drama productions.

    (2) Teacher of English / English Literature

    Applicants must:

    • Possess a minimum of three (3) years’ teaching experience following the Cambridge International curriculum, i.e. CI IGCSE and A-Level syllabi.

    • Possess interest in organising Public Speaking, Debates and Drama productions.

    (3) Teacher of Art & Design

    Applicants must:

    • Possess at least 3 years’ experience of teaching experience at CI IGCSE and A-Level.

    • Possess experience in a multi-cultural school or a school following an international curriculum.

    General Requirements

    • Applicants for positions (2) and (3) must have a minimum Bachelor’s degree in their field.

    • Applicants for all three positions must be registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia with current TCZ Practicing Certificate, and willing to participate in the ECA programme.
