Our client in Lusaka is looking for a Technical Training & Development Support to join their team for a job vacancy within the Mining sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensuring that technical staff shifts are updated monthly with the training schedule
  • 1st level analysis of development plans for the organization.
  • Schedule and prepare for trainings, by sending out invitations and monitoring registration.
  • Administrative support for TELL and external trainings e.g: Setting up training rooms (virtual or physical).
  • Assist in responding to any queries relating to training, learning and development.
  • Provide reports on trainings conducted monthly with remedies where there is no completion.
  • Updating course profiles, training catalogues and calendars
  • Source for learning and development interventions to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Prepare and deliver certificates
  • Send and consolidate course evaluations
  • Provide administrative support to the wider HR team as required
  • Any other learning and development related duties that are assigned by Learning and Development Coordinator/Head of Human Resources
  • Special projects – support the Head of Human Resources in Corporate Social Responsibility drives and marketing development projects

SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree/Diploma in Public Administration/Human Resources/Business Administration/Business Management.
    At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
