Enko Education is initiating a dynamic campaign to attract and engage prospective students for the 2026 academic year. In light of this initiative, we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to spearhead our outreach efforts and spark interest among potential students and their families throughout Africa. This is a short-term contract of six months.
As a Telemarketer, you will be entrusted with implementing and overseeing direct telemarketing campaigns that resonate with students, parents, and educational partners. Your contribution will be crucial in achieving the student enrollment objectives for Pestalozzi Education Centre.
Under the direction of the Admission Manager, you will be responsible for calling prospective parents who have demonstrated an interest in our school and converting them into enrolments.
Role Mission:
- Execute a high volume of outbound calls to leads based on a provided script, with the goal of converting them into prospective enrollees ready to register.
- Diligently document details of all call interactions in our CRM system for tracking and analysis.
- Perform daily or weekly analysis of call patterns, queries, and outcomes to identify trends and suggest improvements to the call strategy.
As an ideal candidate, you:
- Must reside in Lusaka, Zambia.
- Are proficient in English to effectively communicate with our diverse student and parent community.
- Possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire potential students and their families.
- Have previous telemarketing or customer service experience, which is advantageous but not essential.
- Are self-motivated and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Start date: As soon as possible.
- Location: Pestalozzi Education Centre.
- Remuneration: Competitive, commensurate with local industry standards and experience.
